    Cancellation Policy

     Hair Project Salon retains the right to cancel any appointment after 15 minutes of the service start time if you are 15+ minutes late. Any appointment that is cancelled within a 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service cost. If your appointment is not cancelled and you no- show, your card will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service booked. You may cancel your appointment via phone, email or online.
